There is absolutely no charge if appointments are cancelled with more than 2 working days’ notice.

Giving us plenty of notice allows us to offer the appointments to others, so please do try to let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make an appointment.

If an appointment is cancelled without 2 working days’ notice or your appointment is missed, then we will normally make a missed appointment charge of £16.00 per 10 minutes, based on the length of your appointment.

This is because we still need to cover our practice overhead expenses. This fee will normally need to be paid before another appointment can be made.
